Shipping

 

Shipments in the Iberian Peninsula:

The following shipping charges apply to orders for shipment within Spain and Portugal:

- €5 shipping for orders under €50

- Free shipping on orders over €50

- Shipping to the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands and Melilla will incur a shipping charge of €10. 

We aim to ship all orders within 24 hours for delivery within 48/72 hours.

 

Shipments outside the Iberian Peninsula:

A minimum basket total of €50 applies to all orders for shipment outside Spain and Portugal.  

The following shipping charges apply:

ZONE 1: €15  - Germany, Austria, Denmark, France, Holland, Italy, Luxembourg, Poland, Czech Republic and Switzerland.

ZONE 2: €25 - United Kingdom, Bulgaria, Slovenia, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway, Slovak Republic, Romania and Sweden.

ZONE 3: €35 United States and Canada.

 

Peninsula Exchanges (Spain & Portugal)

If you would like to exchange an item, please email us at  hello@ihaveadreamshop.com within 14 days of receiving your order with details of the item you wish to exchange.  Please include your full name, address and order number.  Orders placed in December may be exchanged at any time up to and including 15th of January the following year

Once your request is received, we will arrange to send you the replacement garment via our courier agency.  We will collect the exchange item from you when the new garment is delivered.  If you would like to exchange an item from an address other than the original shipping address, please indicate this when requesting an exchange.

If the reason for exchange is that the item received is damaged or it is not the item that was ordered, please contact us at hello@ihaveadreamshop.com before requesting the exchange. All claims for defects in the merchandise must be reported to I HAVE A DREAM within 2 calendar days of receipt of the merchandise. It is the buyer's responsibility to inform I HAVE A DREAM of any damage to the package during transport.

In order for the item to be accepted back into our warehouse, the following requirements must be met:

· It must not have been used, it must be unwashed and without any damage.

· It must be returned complete with all its parts and accessories.

· It must be returned in its original packaging.

· It must be accompanied by a receipt, invoice or order reference.

I HAVE A DREAM will meet the costs of shipping any replacement garment in the case of the first exchange. If you wish to exchange a replacement garment,  then shipping charges will apply.

We regret that we are unable to offer exchanges on CUSTOMISED garments.

 

Peninsula Returns (Spain & Portugal)

If you would like to return your garment, please email us at  hello@ihaveadreamshop.com within 14 days of receiving your order with details of the item you wish to return.  Please include your full name, address and order number.  Orders placed in December may be returned at any time up to and including 15th of January the following year

Once the request is received, we will arrange a courier collection. Please confirm the collection address and your preferred collection time: we can collect either between 08:00-14:00 or 16:00-19:00.

In the event that a returned item is damaged, the company reserves the right not to offer a refund. All refunds are made through the payment platform chosen at the time of payment and to the credit card or account from which the payment was made.  In the case of having paid by cash on delivery, the client must provide us with an account number to make the payment of the amount by bank transfer.

Refunds usually take between 5 and 15 days. You may contact us at any time if you have any questions.

We regret that we are unable to offer refunds on CUSTOMISED garments or orders placed on GIFT CARDS. 

 

Returns and exchanges outside the Iberian Peninsula — INCLUDING ORDERS TO Canary Islands, Balearic Islands and Melilla:

The same rules apply to returns and exchanges outside the Iberian Peninsula save that the customer will be responsible for courier charges.  Please contact us to request details of the process.
